Legal sports wagering is finally live in Missouri, as operators are celebrating the launch with generous promotions to customers.
FanDuel Sportsbook and DraftKings Sportsbook are each providing players with MO sports betting bonuses that can be claimed right now.

FanDuel and DraftKings are expected to be the market leaders in Missouri, as they are in the several other states they operate in. Despite that, both operators are offering enticing Missouri-focused promotions.
Each platform had generous pre-live offers that could have been claimed prior to Dec. 1. If bettors missed out on those, FanDuel and DraftKings are making sure everyone still has a chance to celebrate the launch.
DraftKings is offering a promo on involving the St. Louis Blues. If the team takes 1+ shots in its game against Anaheim on Monday, bettors can win up to $100 in bonus wagers.
There are a ton of sports fans can wager on Monday alone. There’s a Monday Night Football game between the New England Patriots and New York Giants, along with a full slate of NBA betting and NHL betting and some college basketball.
FanDuel is offering a promo on the Monday Night game. As long as the contest doesn’t end in a scoreless tie, bettors can win up to $50 in bonus bets. FanDuel is making the wager at +100 odds to celebrate the launch.
Bettors could use those bonuses to bet on the Kansas City Chiefs, who play the Houston Texans on Dec. 7 on Sunday Night Football. Many Missouri bettors are expected to back the Chiefs, as the team is fighting for their playoff lives down the stretch.

How each operator entered the market
DraftKings is one of two operators that received an untethered license from the Missouri Gaming Board, meaning it did not have to partner with a retail casino or sports franchise.
Company CEO Jason Robins has high hopes for the operator. He said in a recent earnings call:
“We want to own Missouri. It’s a must-win at all costs.”
FanDuel lost out to Circa Sports on an untethered license. Therefore, it partnered with the St. Louis Blues to become an eligible platform in the Show Me State.
Neither operator is offering retail sports wagering within the state. Both are relying on its powerful online presence to generate customers and revenue.
