As of earlier this week, Missouri sportsbooks are now officially live across across the state, as BetMGM unveiled both mobile and retail wagering options for bettors statewide.
The rollout includes the debut of a full-service retail location at Century Casino Cape Girardeau, its partner, alongside its newly available Missouri-tailored mobile app.
What BetMGM offers Missourians
Bettors in Missouri now have access to the BetMGM Sportsbook app on iOS, Android, and desktop. The offering includes competitive odds for a wide array of sports, including NFL betting, NBA betting, NHL betting, MLB betting and soccer, to college football and basketball. Players can place real-time live wagers, spread betting, parlays, moneylines, props, futures and odds boosts.
New customers can take advantage of a no-sweat welcome offer: Up to $1,500 back in bonus bets on a first bet if it loses (with a minimum deposit requirement).
Further enhancing the appeal, BetMGM is launching its “Play, Earn, Win” loyalty program in Missouri. With every wager, players can earn BetMGM Rewards points and MGM Rewards tier credits.
These can be redeemed for bonus credit or real-world experiences. Customers can redeem credits at properties such as Bellagio, ARIA, The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas, and other affiliated resorts.
BetMGM CEO Adam Greenblatt said BetMGM is pulling out all the stops in the Show Me State.

Missouri market is a turning point
The launch comes after voters approved legalized sports wagering in November 2024 via ballot initiative Missouri Amendment 2. The regulatory framework approved by the Missouri Gaming Commission paved the way for statewide mobile betting as well as in-person wagering, aligning the state with a growing national wave of the legal market.
With BetMGM now live, Missouri joins a growing list of states offering regulated sports wagering, providing fans and bettors with newly accessible, legal options to engage with professional and college sports.
Responsible betting remains top priority
BetMGM emphasizes responsible gambling as a key component of its rollout. The app will integrate the “GameSense” program, a set of tools and resources to help users gamble responsibly and stay informed about healthy wagering practices.
Missourians over 21 years old can now download the BetMGM app or visit the Cape Girardeau property to place bets, with statewide coverage and the flexibility of online or retail wagering.
As the St. Louis, Kansas City, and broader Missouri sports seasons ramp up, BetMGM is positioning itself to be a major player in the newly opened sports wagering market.
